Chess is referred to as a 'royal game' because of the popularity between Kings, Queens, Princes and Princesses. Its a game for two players in which they move 16 pieces based on the rules, across a checkerboard and you have to try and put the other opponent in a kings position so that the opponent cant escape.
Bobby Fischer
Bobby Fischer learnt chess at the age of 6 and became the youngest international grandmaster at 15. Young children can unveil their talent from this game.
Knights of St Bronx
This is a movie based on the true story of a teacher helping a child at a very rough school succeed in chess. Children were able to learn the game and grades academically were boosted in Maths. They got so good they began to compete in the New York City Championships
